I Didn’t Die (Voice of a “SHAHEED”)

My Mother’s eyes awaited me for a long time
When I offered the comfort at my prime
To all mothers, by safe living of their sons
They felt the lap's warmth when I coddled the guns

The pride on my father’s face is a gift of mine
I died for the nation and marked a patriotic sign
A passionate dreamer for glory of calling I was
Meeting the height of my passion and life cause

Giggles of my young soldier are still chanting in my heart
Nor the fear, neither the give up, yet there is nothing apart
Love is not over, yet I am the warrior who never die's
It’s a whisper from my little captain “DAD” you are alive

I know my lady is pretending strong before the world
Great bravery elegantly performed in a big herd
Sparkle of her eyes glimpsed in her naughty quips
Helped her to adore me were childish hugs and grips

Now It has been completed, the "mission" of my birth
My beloved's stand near me while I am under the earth
No regrets, only the droplets of water are strolling down
I left behind only the fancies and memories all alone

Contentment under the waving flag and my soul acquittal
Don’t weep as soldier never passes away but fades a little
I am the sunlight on silver grains; I am the sound of winds
Don’t weep, I didn’t die, I am the brightest star of mid nights
