Letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan By A Kid (Violence in Karachi)

The Honorable Chief Justice,

Supreme Court of Pakistan ,

 

Dear Sir,

 

            Respectfully I beg to say that I am a student of class ten (matric), I lived in Qasba Colony. On June, 12^th 2011 the violence erupted all over the Karachi   costing a number of lives, the center of violence was Qasba Colony and Aurangi town. People were remaining house bound for more then three days. There was no voice except the sounds of heavy arms firing all the day and night. Unknown people made the whole population hostage and they were force to hide in safe place which was no where in that area.

 

In the result more than 50 persons were killed and few homes were set to fire the heavy firing was continue till the night of June, 15^th 2011.

 

After 4 days of violence government officers and political leader were collected and they made an accord of peace and strangely the firing was stopped.

 

My question is why the firing was stopped after this meeting? Do these political leaders have such a great influence on the culprits? The circumstances told yes they have.

 

The other question is if they have such influence so why don’t they come forward when the violence started? And what were the channel of communication between culprits and political leaders?  Are the culprits were known to political leader?

 

Can we say that these leaders are directly responsible for these killing of innocent peoples because they have influence that made it stopped when they wish?

 

Why doesn’t Supreme Court analyze this fact?  

 

Please act now take action and force these leaders to act for lasting peace  and also act, please act to find out the real culprits of violence and deal with them according to law

COAS Gen. Kayani Paying Tribute To Sipahi Maqbool Hussain who Faced 43 Yrs of Indian Torture

His name is Maqbool Hussain, a native of Azad Kashmir and an Army foot soldier No.335139 who fought in the 1965 Pak India war in Kashmir was wounded and taken prisoner, denied POW status kept as prisoner and subjected to such horrible torture that he is missing his tongue, He was forced to denounce Pakistan verbally and had his tongue cut when he refused. He cannot speak and is mentally unstable now, missing nails on hands and feet and does not remember or recognize anything.

Unmarried but engaged at the time, his mother mother kept waiting for his return. When she died, she was buried at the entrance of the village at her request, so that she could 'meet' her son when he returned. On the homecoming of the soldier, neither his parents, nor his brother of Tarrar Khal were in this world to receive him. One of his two sisters is alive. Perhaps she would have not recognized him as he has lost his identification.

He was honored at the ceremony, guided by another person as he walked on the stage with a blank face. Pakistani Army Chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani walked up to greet him as he was visibly unable to understand the reason of the applause.

قصہ کچھ اس طرح ہے کہ ایک تنہائی کا شکار لیکن چھچھورا ریچھ تھا۔ایک دن صبح سویرے سویرے بندر نے ریچھ سے کہا ریچھ صاحب آپ گڑا بڑا زبردست کھودتے ہیں۔ایک دفعہ ہی سہی ہمیں اپنے اس فن کی مہارت دکھائیں۔

ریچھ گڑا کھودنا تو نہیں چاہتا تھا ۔لیکن اپنی تنہائی دور کرنے کیلئے اور اس امید پر کہ شاید بندر خوش ہوکر دوستی کرلے۔جعلی خوشی کا اظہار کرکےفٹا فٹ گڑا کھودنے میں جت گیا۔دیکھتے ہی دیکھتے گڑے کے باہر مٹی کا پہاڑ کھڑا ہو گیا۔ ریچھ نے سوچا اب کافی ہو گیا ہے۔یہ سوچ کر ریچھ نے بندر کی طرف دیکھا تو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

بندر نے کہا ریچھ صاحب یہ کیا اس سے بہترین گڑا تو نیولہ صاحب کھود لیتے ہیں۔یہ کچھ بھی نہیں آپ میں تو بہت دم خم ہے۔ریچھ صاحب نے جب یہ سنا تو سوچا اس ننھے سے نیولےکی کیا مجال کہ مجھ سے جیت جائے۔

ریچھ نے بچا کچھا دم پورے زور و شور سے لگا کر اور گہرا اور گہرا گڑا کھود نا شروع کر دیا۔ریچھ یہ سب کچھ اپنی تنہائی دور کرنے اور اپنے آپ کو منوانے  کی خاطر کر رہا تھا۔

جب بہت ہی گہرائی میں جاکر اندھیرے کا احساس ہوا تو ریچھ نے ہاتھ روک کر آواز لگائی اب تو کافی ہے نا؟

لیکن جواب میں اپنی آواز ہی گونجی ۔بار بار آواز دینے کے باوجود بندر کیطرف سے جواب نہ ملنے پر ریچھ کو احساس ہوا کہ بندر نے تو دل لگی کی اور جب بندر اکتا گیا تو پتلی گلی سے نکل گیا۔رہ گیا گہرا گڑا اور ریچھ۔۔

جب ریچھ نے گڑے سے نکلنے کی کوشش کی تو اچھل کر رہ گیا۔اس وقت ریچھ کو احساس ہوا کہ اگر مجھے منوانے کی خواہش نا ہوتی تو میں اپنے ہی کھودے ہوئے گڑے میں نہ پھنستا۔

ریچھ بہت رنجیدہ ہوا۔

رنجیدگی میں جینے کی امنگ بھی نہ رہی۔ رنجیدگی ،افسردگی ، گھٹا ٹوپ  تنہائی تو ہے ۔

لیکن مدد کیلئے آنے والا کوئی نہیں۔

ابھی بھی وقت ہے جو منوانے کی خواہش رکھتے ہیں اورگڑا کھودے جارہے ہیں۔

ہاتھ روک لیں تو ہو سکتا ہے۔کسی مدد امداد کے بغیر ہی اس کم گہرائی والے گڑے نکل جائیں۔

بندر جب اکتائے گا تو پتلی گلی سے نکل لے گا۔

پیچھے رہ جائے گا گھٹا ٹوپ  اندھیرا گڑا اور ریچھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
